About Susan
With over 15 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, Susan has transformed organizations in diverse industries such as Automotive, Telecom, Electronics, Warehouse and Distribution. Susan holds a B.A.Sc. of Industrial Engineering and a Masters degree in Process Engineering from University of Toronto. She was trained by Lean Masters in Japan and is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Susan has held management positions in Engineering, Operations and Continuous Improvement teams in Fortune 500 companies, with expertise in linking Strategy to Actions and in motivating teams to reach breakthrough results.

About Desi
With over 15 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, Desi has a solid track of accomplishments in a variety of industries including R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Telecom and Healthcare. Desi holds a B.A.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering from University of Toronto and is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Desi has held management positions in Engineering and Lean Offices in leading global companies and has been instrumental in establishing Centers of Excellence across global operations.
