Desi has a

He founded Building Perspective in 2006 as a vehicle to
accelerate his contribution to the world and share his
vision for organizational excellence. As a principal with
Building Perspective, Desi works with clients to create
strategic, tactical, and cultural excellence.
Desi holds an
engineering degree from the University of Toronto. He is a
recognized lean practitioner and a certified six sigma
black belt.
When he is
not transforming organizations, Desi can be found playing
drums, working on a musical collaboration, or out and
about helping his community.

Perspective in 2008. Osgood is responsible for the
strategic direction of the company and its on-going
development of service offerings.
Eager to
continue the transformation of how people think and live
in organizations, Osgood has been engaged in various
initiatives in reverse-logistics supply chain
and technical services. Osgood has a passion for
understanding systems and solving big problems. Winner of
multiple regional and global awards for various corporate
projects and initiatives, his contagious interest has
empowered countless people to bring their big ideas to
life.
Osgood holds
an engineering degree from the University of Calgary.
Osgood is a certified six sigma master black belt and a
highly capable leader and facilitator with a diverse and
practical mix of experience in various technical,
advisory, and leadership roles.
When he's not
busy working with teams to solve problems and transform
processes, Osgood can be found appreciating design,
architecture and good food, riding his mountain bike, or
snapping photographs.
