Levels of
Engagement
In our work with organizations, we have seen organizations
pursuing their own quest for “better and stronger”. We have
observed that this quest has four different levels.

The conversation at “Discovery” is focused on finding problems
and doing research. It is a journey that begins with one
question: What does better and stronger mean to us?
As we move up the levels, the conversation continues. At
“working sessions”, discovery is combined with learning and
exploration. Guided process walks, assessments, mentoring and
coaching are examples of how we have helped these teams. The
conversation at “Targeted Initiatives” is about achieving a
specific objective with a holistic approach. Here we have
helped teams by facilitating workshop events, breakout sessions,
analytical projects, and other such collaborative activities.
At “Organizational Transformation”, the conversation is about
creating a culture of change that spurs a continual flow of
initiatives. This culture ultimately makes “Better and
Stronger” a way of life. Here we have helped teams by
providing a tailored blend of all our services on a consistent
and on-going basis.
