Theory and Practice

Theory and practice are the same - in theory.  In practice, they are always different.  That's where the fun begins!  Knowing what to do is only half the battle.  It takes more than great ideas, knowledge, skill, and persistence to crack the nut.  It is all of these woven together and more. 

Frameworks

Organizations get "better" or "stronger" by choosing to think and act differently. There are many frameworks for "continuous improvement" - lean six sigma, business process management, etc. We believe there is no one framework that can hold a monopoly on success. Rather, we believe that empowered people with a clear intention and commitment to purpose can achieve amazing results by applying the concepts and principles of continuous improvement.
