Theory and Practice
Theory and practice are the same - in theory. In practice, they
are always different. That's where the fun begins!
Knowing what to do is only half the battle. It takes
more than great ideas, knowledge, skill, and persistence
to crack the nut. It is all of these woven together and
more.
Frameworks
Organizations get "better" or "stronger" by choosing to
think and act differently. There are many frameworks for
"continuous improvement" - lean six sigma, business
process management, etc. We believe there is no one
framework that can hold a monopoly on success. Rather,
we believe that empowered people with a clear intention
and commitment to purpose can achieve amazing results by
applying the concepts and principles of continuous
improvement.
Collective Genius
The collective genius of an organization is comprised of
strategic, tactical, and cultural intelligence.
Success is contingent on the effective use of
collective genius.

Powering People with Process
The people within an organization use their intelligence
to create, sustain, improve, and destroy processes to
make their organization "better" and "stronger."

Powerful teams use structure and process to empower
their own creativity and enable their own success. |
